Interestingly enough, August 11 is the day that leaves 142-days left in the year.

Here's the reporting from CNN, validating my findings.

 The headline connects to the name 'Phelps'.  Recall, he is 31-years old, and 31 is the 11th prime, and 11 is the 'master' number.

Of course '22' is the master builder number.

Master = 4+1+1+2+5+9 = 22/31 (Phelps is currently 31)

31 is the 11th prime number, 11 is the 'master' number.

Update:  They're now calling this the greatest Olympic accomplishment in 2,160 years, emphasis on '216'.
